Welcome to Roseberry Cottages. A pair of beautiful 1 bed cottages in the historic market town of Guisborough.
Situated only a 2 minute walk from the town centre, they are the perfect location to enjoy a fantastic short break for sight-seeing, walking or cycling and mountain biking in the local areas of North Yorkshire and Cleveland.
Our self catering accommodation is the perfect alternative to a hotel room or B&B, providing the freedom to enjoy your leisure or business visit in a relaxing environment.
Fancy a climb? Roseberry Topping, with its distinctive shape, rises 350m above the edge of Guisborough Forest providing fantastic views of the surrounding landscapes. The walk to the top from Guisborough Town will take a 3-4 hour round trip, however many choose to park at the bottom using the car park at Newton-Under-Roseberry.
In addition to the miles of forest roads there are numerous mountain biking routes of all grades to be found within the forest. However please note they are unofficial routes.
Nearby, the North York Moors contain lovely villages to explore and the towns of Whitby, Saltburn-on-Sea and Redcar, amongst others, are all between a 10 to 40 minute drive providing huge sandy beaches and the classic seaside attractions.
Our 2 luxury cottages are both single bedroomed with king sized beds, crisp cotton bedding, fully equipped kitchens with washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine and sparkling bathrooms with walk-in shower and roll-top bath.
Both our cottages are dog friendly.

One minute from the cottages, the historic remains of Guisborough Priory stands tall over the town. The priory dates back to the year 1119 and is surround by beautiful walled gardens.
At the edge of the town only a 10 minute walk from the cottages lies Guisborough Forest. Sitting between Guisborough and the North York Moors, it contains miles for forest roads and walking paths to explore and is the hidden gem of the local area. The perfect environment to get lost in nature.
